Scope and Contents Collection contains interview transcripts, notes, and clippings gathered by Doris Dellinger while writing her book, "Intercollegiate Athletics," for the Oklahoma State University Centennial Histories Project. The material has been maintained in the order in which it was delivered to University Archives by Dr. Murphy.

Scope and Contents Collection contains a typed manuscript, and carbon copy with corrections and notes, of "Oklahoma State Sports Memoirs; a Chronological Story of Sports at Oklahoma State University from the Beginning in the 1890's through the 1960's." It was published serially in the Stillwater News Press about 1971/72.

A related accession, 71-006, was incorporated into 88-041. The former is the carbon; the latter is the original typescript.
