From the Collection: The bulk of the collection contains material on Ethiopia and the elections of 1992, the observations of that election, writings by Vestal, Paul B. Henze and others on Ethiopia, some correspondence regarding Ethiopia, the judiciary, and publications by Education Resource Center. Included are materials from conferences and short courses taken or taught by Vestal.
