Scope and Contents

From the Collection: A collection of photographs by Harry O. Franks, a EUCOM Exchange Employee and photographer covering post World War 2 Germany and the Nuremberg Trials. Additional materials have been added to the collection related to World War 1, including wartime postcards and assorted magazine booklets of the era as well as various OAMC related materials including the college's first commencement program.
