From the Collection: A collection of personal letters written by Robert J. Shepherd, a former 1950's OSU Alum. The letters were written during his time in the Oklahoma 45th National Guard while serving in the Korean War. Shepherd was a sergeant in an ambulance unit while serving. The collection contains handwritten letters and a small set of photos during his time in basic training, his station in Japan and in Korean combat zone. A typed transcript of the letters has also been included.
