From the Collection: The collection features the Fundamentals of Basketball, a demonstration of styles and plays by the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College (OAMC), in Stillwater, OK. These films originate from digitizing a set of three 35 mm nitrate film reels. The films show all six instructional sections of the Play Championship Basketball series, produced in collaboration with OAMC. The films represent a crucial moment in the history of basketball, and the history of the OAMC team, the Aggies. The films reveal the work of Coach Henry Payne Iba (1904-1993).
