From the Collection: Collection contains minutes and accompanying material from Oklahoma State University's academic governing board. There are two sets of minutes for some of the earlier years. One set was marked "Confidential". In the minutes marked "Confidential", the names of members making comments and motions were inserted.

Also includes President’s Planning Council documents from 1971 through 1973. The Academic Council changed names in the seventies and became the Administrators Council, but is essentially the same thing. The Administrators Council (Academic Council) is separate from the Planning Council. The collection also has the Dean’s council Minutes, similar meetings and purpose but whose focal point were the Deans on campus.

The collection is open for research use.
