From the Collection: Collection contains minutes, agendas, correspondence, membership lists, and new program requests. Minutes for the Oklahoma State University Graduate Council and Graduate Faculty and new program requests are interfiled in most cases.

Arranged chronologically within each series. The series are minutes and requests for new programs for the Graduate College and minutes and membership lists for each of the five subject areas. The bulk of the collection is the Minutes of the Graduate Council and Graduate Faculty. Requests for new programs are frequently included with minutes and were not separated.
