Biographical Note

Wilma Elizabeth McDaniel was born near Stroud, OK on December 22, 1918. Her parents were Benjamine Fletcher and Anna Finster McDaniel. Refer to DACS rules 2.7 and 10.5-10.36 for assistance in creating the biographical note.
