From the Collection:
Collection contains books from Dr. Habiby's personal library which were sent to Main; 2 gold rimmed porcelain collectible plates from King Hussein of Jordan (each with a crest, one multicolored and one green), Silver Jubilee, 1977. These plates were given by the King's household to embassies and Dr. Habiby was at the embassy. These were never available to the public. This may have been given in to Dr. Habiby in Cairo. The plates have Arabic and English inscriptions reading: "H.M.Hussein's Silver Jubilee, 1977." Collection also contains monographs written by participants in the Coloquio Internacional sobre el Pensamiento de Muammar al-Gaddafi (El Libro Verde)--Madrid. [International Colloquium on the Thoughts of Muammar al-Gaddafi (The Green Book)].
