Round bronze medal with serpentine edge hanging by ring form fold of orange and black lengthwise stripe ribbon (2 stripes). Center of medal shows lyre and olive branch with staff over both. Inscription around edge reads, "Okla. State Interscholastic Meet Stillwater 1924". Safety pin sewn on back of ribbon. "Violin" and "Vail J'lry Co. Wichita." inscriptions on back of medal.
