Biographical Sketch

Archie Olind Martin (1891-1976) graduated from Oklahoma A&M College in 1919 with a degree in Education. He became the secretary for the OAMC Former Students Association in 1930, and served in that role until December 1, 1954. In addition to his secretarial duties, Martin was also the OAMC Placement Bureau director. After leaving his secretarial duties in 1954, Martin took on the Placement Bureau director's role full-time.
