Biographical Sketch

Henry B. Bass (1897-1975), life long Enid, Oklahoma resident owned and operated D.C. Bass & Sons Construction Company. The company was responsible for many of the major buildings in Enid and the surrounding areas including Newkirk and Ponca City. He wrote four books, one about his son Bob who was killed in Europe during WWII. He was interested in history and was a leading collector of poetry about Abraham Lincoln.
