Collection contains photographs collected by Carolyn Geer. These are copy prints; Geer has the originals. Subjects include Geer’s father, John Vance Rich, while a student at Oklahoma A&M College (OAMC), 1929-1930, the campus, and other students who lived at the Student Farm located at Perkin’s corner, taking care of it while attending OAMC.

Biographical Sketch

Carolyn Boston Geer graduated with a B.A. in Music, voice emphasis, from the Oklahoma College for Women. She grew up in Carnegie, Oklahoma, and lives in New York City, where she performs in off-Broadway musicals. She is a member of the Sigma Alpha Iota sorority.

Her father, William Clayton Boston, is featured in many of the photographs in this collection. Boston graduated from OAMC in 1933 with a Bachelor's in Agriculture, focusing on Poultry Husbandry. He was born in Adair, Oklahoma, lived in Hobart, Oklahoma, and worked for the Kiowa Hatchery.
