Collection contains notes and files from Oklahoma State University Library's Special Collections and University Archives' participation in a national project to identify which Special Collections and University Archives-held titles appear in the English Short Title Catalogue.

The collection is open for research use. Confidential material may include, but is not limited to, educational, medical, and personnel records. The English Short Title Catalogue (ETSC) provides a listing of over 480,000 titles of works published between 1473-1800. Most of these works are in English, and were published in the British Isles and the United States. The titles are held by the British Library and over 2,000 other libraries.
