Item 113: [William Farnum] This is just the top part of what evidently was a movie poster or at least a larger poster, since it has been cut across the bottom. Features a photo of a man mounted on a horse; the man's hand is raised and he appears to be scanning the horizon. There is a typewritten note taped on the poster that reads, "William Farnum 1876-1953 1st starring role The Spoilers, his fight with Tom Santschie still a film classic (1914) Fox first and biggest star with salary [sic] of $10,000 per week, starred in Tale of Two Cities, If I Were King.” Size: 18.75x27.
