Small wooden plaque painted gold and tied with black and gold ribbons. Phi Eta Sigma in Greek letters are painted in black on one side. Signatures in ink are on reverse side; Dean Patterson, McIntosh, Donnell, Talbot, McElroy, Thomas and Blackwell, Kerr, Randolph, Hall, Scott, Watson, Jones, Purdy, Daynell, Sater. The plaque is a freshman plaque for this fraternity at OSU.
