All interviews have been transcribed and edited. Master copies of transcripts, audiocassettes, video recordings, and born digital audio recordings, are housed separately (Series VII). Edited transcripts, audio, and video are available to view/use within Special Collections and University Archives.

World War I Draft Notice Collection

Scope and Contents Collection contains 1 Order of Induction into Military Service of the United States notice, which drafted Elsworth M. Shafer for immediate military service beginning the 10th of November, 1918. He was to report to Nevada City, California. The notice is signed by H. Wright, member of the local board for Nevada County, California, and was signed on October 31, 1918.
