Scope and Contents Collection contains brochures, newsletters, handbooks, articles, reports, and programs for several international cultural events on campus and a proposal for a Foreign Service Institute at Oklahoma State University. Collection also contains reports for TCA, USAID, USDA, World Bank and reports on Guatemala and Pakistan.

Scope and Contents Collection contains clippings, correspondence, evaluation reports, grant applications, and programs relating to the Southwest Cultural Heritage Festival held on the Oklahoma State University Campus annually from 1981 to 1983.
