Scope and Contents Collection contains one copy of the EPD (Educational Professional Development) 552 Final Report, supported by the Leadership Development Program in Vocational and Technical Education at Oklahoma State University. Lloyd L. Wiggins was project director for this early training project. Wiggins and Lloyd Briggs of the School of Occupational and Adult Education at Oklahoma State University ran the program from 1971-1978 in cooperation of several other departments.
