Scope and Contents Collection contains photostat copies of documents relating to Native Americans in Oklahoma, 1803-1947. Documents include maps, correspondence, legal papers, and clippings dealing with land claims and disputes, treaties, description of travel in Indian Territory.

Scope and Contents Collection contains maps of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Most of the maps are 8"x10". Many of the maps appear to have been removed from phone books or Oklahoma State University directories.

Scope and Contents Collection contains maps of Indian land in Oklahoma Territory and Indian Territory prior to 1907: Indian reservations in the United States west of the 83rd Meridian (1879): Cherokee Nation lands in North Carolina (1878), and of watersheds in and around Oklahoma (1931). Maps have been removed from Government Documents.
