Scope and Contents Collection contains bound volumes and notebooks containing handwritten copies of County Clerk's records. Includes Deed Records, Mortgage Records, Release Records, Assignment Records, and Patent Records. These records are duplicate notes made by a local abstract company. Fire has destroyed many of the records in the County Clerk's office.
